Refund & Return Guarantee

We offer a 100% Refund Guarantee under the following conditions:

  • If Amazon or any other online platform (Walmart, TikTok Shop, etc.) does not accept our documents for ungating or brand registry purposes — we will issue a full refund.

  • If the products are damaged in transit, expired, or otherwise defective, you are still eligible for a full refund.

  • Refund and return requests are valid for up to 45 days after delivery.

🔄 Even if the products are damaged upon arrival, you are still covered by our refund policy.


📦 How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us at sales@nutritionnow-us.com with your order number and reason for the refund.

  2. Our team will guide you through the Return Authorization process.

  3. Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days of inspection.


💳 Refund Method

  • Refunds are made to your original payment method (ACH, Wire Transfer, etc.).

  • For wholesale accounts, store credit can be arranged upon request.


🚫 Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Returns initiated after 45 days from the delivery date.

  • Products that have been used, opened, or damaged due to improper handling by the customer.

  • Documents provided by our team are 100% accepted on Amazon and all major platforms. However, in the rare case that Amazon does not ungate your account or accept documentation, we guarantee your refund.
